Are your products true to size?
Yes! Our sizes are designed according to standard Indian measurements. If you need help choosing the right size, feel free to contact us.
Do you restock sold-out products?
Yes, we frequently restock. You can follow our Instagram or contact us for restock updates.
Can I change my order after placing it?
If your order has not been packed or shipped yet, we can modify it. Contact us immediately at rovisecrets@gmail.com or via WhatsApp.

Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship all over India?
Yes, we deliver to every corner of India, even remote pin codes.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 5–10 working days, depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
What if my order is delayed?
Delivery times may vary due to courier delays or festivals. If your order is delayed beyond the expected time, contact us with your order number.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will resolve it immediately.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Is Cash on Delivery available for all pin codes?
COD is available for most pin codes. If unavailable in your area, you will be notified at checkout.
My payment failed—what should I do?
If money is deducted, it usually gets refunded by your bank within 3–7 business days. You can also contact us if you need help.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy for unused, unworn items in original packaging with tags.
How do I request a return?

How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method.
